Football 5-a-side at the 2004 Summer Paralympics

In the Summer Paralympics in Athens in 2004 a gold medal was awarded in a competition in a 5 - football. The decisions were between 18 and 28 September 2004. Venue was the Olympic Hockey Centre, where the Olympic hockey tournaments were held.

Game Mode

Initially, all the teams played in the group stage with only one group against each other. Subsequently, the group first and the second group in the finals played against each other. The third and the fourth group were playing for bronze. The fifth and sixth place was earned under the last two teams in the group.
