Football at the 1991 Pan American Games

For the eleventh year 1991 football tournament were carried out at Pan-American Games. It was held in Havana between the 4th and 13th August 1991.

Eight teams took part. The United States were the first to win the tournament, the one hand, it was the fact that you took with the participants of the highly successful U -20 World Cup (1989 ), including Brad Friedel, Joe -Max Moore, Steve Snow, Cobi Jones and Claudio Reyna, on the other hand had the strong South American teams boycotted the tournament.
