Forseti (Band)
Forseti was a German neo-folk band. Central head and the only permanent member of the band was Andrew Ritter, with a frequently changing cast three albums, including guests with Ian Read of Fire & Ice, Douglas Pearce of Death in June, Of the Wand & the Moon: Sun or Hagal published.
Thematically old folk songs, pagan and mystical themes, or poems were musically among others, Goethe or Hesse. However, a particularly strong influence did the Romantics to the creation of Forseti.
Andreas Ritter survived in May 2005, a cardiac arrest, with the health consequences of which he is still fighting.
