Foto Strakosha

Fotaq " photo " Strakosha ( born March 29, 1965 in Tepelenë, Circle Tepelenë ) is a former Albanian football goalkeeper. With 73 international appearances, he 's a record player of the Albanian national team.

He currently coaches the Albanian U-19 national football team.

Career

He began his career with his hometown club Strakosha Minatori Tepelenë, before moving to KS Dinamo Tirana. With the capital club in 1990 he was Albanian champion and won in 1989 and 1990 the Albanian Cup. In 1990, he debuted also in the Albanian national team. At the beginning of 1991 he moved to Greece where he would play until the end of his career. His first club was there PAS Giannina.

After playing for Ethnikos Piraeus in the meantime, he moved in 1993 to Olympiakos Piraeus, where he celebrated his biggest success by winning the Greek Cup in 1997. Another major success was winning the cup in 1998 with Panionios Athens.

After standing for several smaller clubs in Greece and a second time for Panionios in the gate, he finished 2005 at the age of 40 years of his career. In the same year, he played his last 73 internationals, making him the record player Albania.
