Fountain of Neptune, Rome

The Neptune Fountain ( Italian: Fontana del Nettuno ) in Rome is one of the three fountains in the Piazza Navona.

As a counterpart to the Fontana del Moro he flanked in the north of the central square, created by Gian Lorenzo Bernini Four Rivers Fountain. It was built in 1574 by Giacomo della Porta as a simple fountain without figures.
