Francis Baring, 6th Baron Northbrook

Francis Thomas Baring, 6th Baron Northbrook ( born February 21, 1954) is a British peer and politician of the Conservative Party.

Life

Family and Education

Francis Thomas Baring, Baron Northbrook was born the son of John Francis Baring, 5th Baron Northbrook and his wife, Rowena Margaret Manning. He attended Winchester College in Winchester in the county of Hampshire, England. He studied history at the University of Bristol; where he graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA ) from.
