Francis Giraud

Francis Giraud ( born July 4, 1932 in Marseille, † 23 October 2010) was a French politician.

Main job was Giraud doctor. From 1998 to 2008 he was a member of the Senate. There he first represented the RPR and later the UMP. Besides his work as a senator, he was mayor of the municipality from 1983 Roquefort- la- Bédoule. From this post he resigned in August 2009 due to health reasons. In the same year Giraud was appointed a member of the Legion of Honour.
