Francis Needham, 3rd Earl of Kilmorey

Francis Charles Needham, 3rd Earl of Kilmorey KP ( born August 2, 1842July 28, 1915 ) was a peer and a Member of the Conservative Party in Parliament.

Kilmorey was the eldest son of Francis Needham, Viscount Newry, son of Francis Needham, 2nd Earl of Kilmorey. His mother was Anne Amelia Colville, daughter of General Charles Colville. He was elected in 1871 to the House of Commons, he kept this place he held until 1874. In 1880, he succeeds his father as Earl of Kilmorey, but since this was an Irish peerage, he was not automatically a place in the House of Lords. Already in the following year, however, he was chosen as the Irish representative peer and sat until his death in 1915 at the House of Lords. In 1890 he became a Knight of the Order of Saint Patrick.

Lord Kilmorey married Ellen Constance Baldock, daughter of Edward Holmes Baldock, in 1881, he died at the age of 72 years in July 1915.; his wife died in 1920.
