Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla

Raúl Francisco Villalobos Padilla ( born February 1, 1921 in Guadalajara) is a retired bishop of Saltillo.

Life

Raúl Francisco Villalobos Padilla received on 2 April 1949, the ordination.

Pope Paul VI. appointed him on May 4, 1971 Auxiliary Bishop of Saltillo and Titular Bishop of columnata. The Bishop of Saltillo Luis Barragán y Guízar donated him on 3 August of the same year the episcopal ordination; José Salazar López were co-consecrators, Archbishop of Guadalajara, and Antonio López Sahagún, Bishop of Linares.

He was appointed on 4 October 1975 Bishop of Saltillo. On 30 December 1999, Pope John Paul II accepted his resignation age-related.
