Frank J. Brasco

Frank James Brasco (* October 15, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, † 19 October 1998) was an American lawyer and politician. Between 1967 and 1975 he represented the State of New York in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Frank James Brasco graduated from St. Michael's High School. Then he went to Brooklyn College, which he left with a Bachelor of Arts in 1955 again. His Bachelor of Laws he made in 1957 at the Brooklyn Law School. Brasco served in the United States Army Reserve. He worked as an Attorney and Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Politically, he was a member of the Democratic Party.

In the congressional elections of 1966, for the 90th Congress, he was the eleventh electoral district of New York in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC chosen, where he became the successor of Eugene James Keogh after 4th January 1967. He was re-elected three times in a row. Since he gave up for reelection in 1974, he retired after January 3, 1975 out of the Congress.

He died on 19 October 1998.
