Frank Latimore

Frank Latimore (actually Frank Kline, born September 28, 1925 in Darien (Connecticut ) † November 29, 1998 in London Borough of Hillingdon ) was an American actor, primarily in European cinema.

Life

After a short time as a stage actor, the likable, extroverted and good-looking Latimore got a contract at Twentieth Century Fox and played supporting roles in several films. From 1947 he took up his residence in Italy, a few years later in Spain. In both countries he had a productive career with successes as a performer in adventure films, westerns and melodramas in U.S. productions that were shot in Europe. His career ended Latimore with a small number of films in the U.S. and some guest roles in television series. Latimore died in a retirement home for actors, the " Denville Hall ".
