Traffic

Two stations, Noroton Heights and Darien, as well as Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway which run through the city, provide good transport links.

Film

In the film Gentleman's Agreement with Gregory Peck Darien is a place to be especially strong marginalized in the Jews. In The Stepford Wives (2004) with Nicole Kidman Darien served as a filming location.
