Franz Ceska

Franz Ceska (born 31 January 1936 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian ambassador.

Life

Franz Ceska is the son of Emma and Paul Kbnigson Ceska, married to Veronique Moyret and has three children. He studied law at the University of Vienna, where he received his doctorate of rights. He studied from 1958 to 1959 at the College of Europe in Bruges. From 1959 to 1961 he was engaged in the political section of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs. From 1961 to 1965 he was employed in Paris. From 1965 to 1969 he was employed in the Section on the Foreign Ministry in Vienna. From 1969 to 1975 he was Permanent Representative of the Austrian Government representative at the United Nations organizations in Geneva. From 1975 to 1977 he led the Austrian delegation in West Berlin. From 1977 to 1982 he headed the Department for Disarmament at the Foreign Ministry in Vienna, and the Austrian delegation to Madrid at a follow-up meeting of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe in 1980 and 1983. From 1982 to 1988 he was ambassador in Brussels. From 1988 to 1991 he was Permanent Representative of Austria to the United Nations in Geneva. negotiations as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the European Free Trade Association. From 1 April 1992 to 1997 he was Secretary General of the Association of Industrialists. From 1997 to 2001 he was ambassador in Paris.

By 2012, he was 13 years and president of the auxiliary Austria International, before he was replaced by Monika Lindner.
