Freddie Blay

Frederick Worsemao Armah Blay ( common Freddie Blay ) is a lawyer and politician in Ghana. Since 2001 he is acting First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Ebenezer Sekyi -Hughes. Between 1997 and 2001 he was already second Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

As a lawyer, he was educated at the University of Ghana and is a qualified barrister in Ghana. As a party member of the Convention People's Party Blay pulled for the constituency Ellembelle as a candidate for parliament.

He is married and has three children. He belongs to the people of Nzema.
