Frédéric Lemoine

Frédéric Lemoine (* June 27, 1965 ) is a French manager. He's since April 7, 2009 CEO of Wendel group and since November 5, 2013 Chairman of the Board of the company Bureau Veritas. Previously, he was a member of the helix - 2008 Supervisory Board since June. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Bureau Veritas and Saint- Gobain. Since January 2011 he is a member of the INSEAD Board.

Life

Frédéric Lemoine was born on 27 June 1965. He is a graduate of HEC Business School ( 1986) and the Institut d' études politiques de Paris ( IEP), the Paris Institute of Political Studies (1987). He has a Licence en droit (French degree in law ) and studied at the École Nationale d' Administration ( ENA), the School of Public Administration, (born Victor Hugo). He is a Knight of the National Order of Merit and Knight of the Legion of Honour.

Professional career

From February 2005 to 15 March 2012, he was ad personam Directors of Groupama SA. He was then to April 2009 Chairman of the Board at Areva. From October 2004 to May 2008, he was Senior Advisor to McKinsey.
