Free Pascal Runtime Library

The Free Pascal Runtime Library ( RTL abbreviated ) is the runtime library for Free Pascal.

The RTL consists of a collection of units that provide components and classes for common tasks. It forms the basis for the Free Component Library and the Lazarus Component Library.
