Freya Van den Bossche

Freya Van den Bossche ( born March 26, 1975 in Ghent) is a Belgian politician and Flemish Minister. The daughter of the former Belgian Interior Minister Luc Van den Bossche was the youngest Minister of their country.

She is a member of the Social Democratic Party Socialist Party Other ( sp.a ) in Flanders ( Belgium). Van den Bossche was Financial Minister, Minister for Consumer Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister in the government of Guy Verhofstadt. She was also Member of Parliament in the House of Representatives. Since 2009 she has been minister for energy, housing, urban policy and social economy in the Flemish government Kris Peeters. Van den Bossche is part of regular reporting of tabloid journalism and is counted among the "sexiest Belgians ".
