Friedrich-Schiedel-Literaturpreis
The Friedrich Schiedel Literature Prize of the city of Bad Wurzach was donated in 1982 by the honorary citizen of the city of Bad Wurzach Friedrich Schiedel. The award recognizes German -speaking authors of literary or historical texts, which have succeeded with the respective excellent work, "History and Language masterfully linked together (too) and history historic unadulterated almost bring a large circle of readers, either as fiction or nonfiction " (according to self-representation ). The award is endowed with 10,000 euros.
