Friedrich- Wilhelm Kiel ( born May 17, 1934 in Berlin -Charlottenburg ) is a German politician of the FDP / DVP.

Life and career

Kiel studied after high school physics, mathematics and physical education in Karlsruhe. From 1962 to 1966 he worked as a school teacher in Ettlingen. Kiel is married and has three children.

Policy

Kiel in 1964 a member of the FDP. From 1966 to 1970 he was Mayor in Ettlingen and then to 1976 mayor of Pforzheim. In 1976 he was elected mayor of Fellbach. After multiple re-election, he held the office until 2000.
