FSC Star

Star Trucks is a Polish manufacturer of commercial vehicles. The name comes from the town of Starachowice, where there were the great works.

History

The first cars under the name Star 20 were produced in 1948. The most popular models were Star 20, 25, 28, 66, 200 as well as all-wheel drive Star 244 (4x4 ) and the definite for the Army Star 266 (6x6). In 1979, the first Popemobile used was constructed for the visit of the Pope to Poland. Base was the three-axle vehicle Military Star 660

In December 1999, Star S. A. taken over by the German group MAN AG and renamed Star Trucks, commercial vehicles since the brand Star with MAN technology there were manufactured.
