Fulda is a settlement in Spencer County in the south of the U.S. state of Indiana. It was founded in 1845 by the coming of Kentucky Milton Jackson and has about 200 inhabitants.

1847 constituted the Catholic parish St.Boniface by Father Kundek. The Church of St. Boniface was built in 1865 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
