Fuller (weapon)

Called a fillet, also called " rail ", " railroad hollow ", " canal ", " Kalle ", " blood groove " or " blood groove " is a groove-shaped recess in the blade of a bladed weapon. It serves to reduce the mass of the blade, without reducing the stability or flexibility. Usually, the fillet ends before the place ( blade tip ). Despite the name, the blood groove is not intended to allow drainage of blood and thus easier penetration into the opponent's body or Hunting Wilds, since the blood penetration of edged weapon opposes any relevant resistance.
