Funkturm Stuttgart

The Stuttgart Radio Tower, also called the police radio tower, was built in 1966 as a transmission tower in reinforced concrete on the Raichberg in Stuttgart -Ost. The radio tower is not open to the public. It is 93 meters high and serves the police and fire department radio radio. Operator is the police Stuttgart. Meanwhile, the technical equipment was converted to digital technology, after the digital police radio has now taken on a trial basis in operation.
