Gabor Csaszar [ ɡa ː ː sa ː bor ʧa r] ( born June 16, 1984 Celldömölk / Hungary) is a Hungarian handball player. He is 1.86 m tall.

Csaszar, who for the French club Paris Saint- Germain HB plays since 2013, and for the Hungarian national team ( back number 4) accrued, may be used in the backcourt versatile; he played in Szeged still mostly as a back Space Center in Viborg mostly on backcourt links.

Gabor Csaszar debuted in the first division in 2001 Dunaferr SE. The talented director quickly rose to become a national player and top scorer of his team; but his greatest successes with the team remained ultimately the Hungarian Cup wins in 2003 and 2004 and four times the third place in the Hungarian Championship. After the international break it was also a success at the 2007 World Cup, he was briefly also the German VfL Gummersbach in conversation, but in the summer of 2007 he moved to the Danish club Viborg HK. With Hungary he was at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens Fourth, he also took part in the Men's Handball World Championship for Men in Germany in 2007 but finished only 9th place. In summer 2012, he participated in the Olympic Games in London and once again took fourth place.
