Galina Zmievskaya

Halyna Smijewska (Ukrainian Галина Змієвська, English transcription Galina Zmievskaya; . * 1952 ) is a Ukrainian figure skating coach.

Many of her former students were represented in the world top - so they led Viktor Petrenko and Oksana Bajul 1992 1994 to Olympic victory. She took Oksana Bajul whose mother died when she was 13 years old, in her family and acted as a surrogate mother. Her daughter Nina is married to Viktor Petrenko.
