Gambissara Forest Park

The Gambissara Forest Park ( spelling variant: Gambisara Forest Park ) is a forest in the West African nation of Gambia.

Topography

The 308 -acre wooded area is located in the Upper River Region ( URR ) in the district Fulladu East and was, like the other forest parks in The Gambia for January 1, 1954 set up. It is close to the border with the neighboring state of Senegal directly at the location Gambissara. Basse Santa Su, the headquarters of the administrative unit URR is removed from the area 6.3 km to the northeast.
