Ganei Tal

Ganei Tal (Hebrew גני טל ) was a Jewish settlement in the Gush Katif settlement bloc in the southern Gaza Strip. It was founded in 1979 and was geared mainly agricultural. By August 2005, there were in their 70 families, about 400 people.

Ganei valley was located close to the Palestinian city of Khan Yunis.

As part of the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip Ganei valley and the other Jewish settlements have been completely cleared; the last Jewish settlers left Ganei valley on 17 August 2005. Following the demolition of the settlement, the area was handed over to the Palestinians.
