Gaoling County

Gaoling (Ch高陵县) is a district of the city of Xi'an in northwest China's Shaanxi Province. Gaoling has an area of 290 km ² and around 230,000 inhabitants ( end of 2004). Its main town is the large village Luyuan (鹿苑 镇).

The Eastern Wei - bridge site ( Dong Wei qiao Yizhi东 渭 桥 遗址) from the time of the Tang Dynasty and the Zhaohui Pagoda ( Zhaohui ta昭 慧 塔), also from the Tang Dynasty, are available on the list of monuments of the people's Republic of China.
