Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo

The station Monaco - Monte Carlo is currently the only station in the Principality of Monaco. The train station is on the railway line Marseille -Nice - Ventimiglia. Since the state does not have a railway company, the station is operated exclusively by the French SNCF.

For the first time the station was put into operation in the year 1867. 1999, the station was rebuilt and renovated. In the course of this work the entire railway facilities were moved to Monaco in the ground to make room for other quarters of the densely populated city-state could be created.
