Gate 7

Gate 7 (Japanese GATE 7) is a manga series of Japanese artist group Clamp, the first chapter was published in Japan in 2010. The work, which is classified in the genre of adventure and fantasy, is a sales success in Japan and will be translated into at least four languages.

Content

The high school student Hana, the daughter of a temple caretaker, has the ability to consciously dive into their own dream world. There she fights against monsters who want to control the unconscious desires of the people. With a spell takes you to the high school students Takamoto Chikahito to Kyoto. This is from Tokyo, but always wanted to live in Kyoto. Now that his mother is working abroad, he is transferred to Kyoto, where it meets Hana. A first chapter of the manga was published on 4 November 2010 in the magazine Jump SQ as a single story. This was continued from February 2011 in the same magazine. The publisher Shueisha broke the story in the previous four anthologies out, the first volume sold in Japan over 170,000 times.

Egmont Manga and Anime began in February 2012, a German -language publication of the series have been published in three volumes. Dark Horse Comics acquired the rights for North America and Tong Li Publishing for Taiwan. At Planet Manga Manga appears in Italy.
