Gateside (Fife)

Gateside is a settlement in the West of Scotland's unitary authority Fife near the border with Perth and Kinross. It is located about 20 km north- north-east of Dunfermline and 13 miles south-east of Perth. At Gateside includes the hamlets of Eden and Eden Head Town. Gateside posted a total of 196 inhabitants in 2001.

A few kilometers west of Gateside the River Eden is created by the confluence of two streams and touches Gateside in the south. In Gateside was once the chapel belonging to the monastery Balmerino St Mary of Dungaitside. By A91 Gateside is connected to the road network.
