Geißriegel

The 1,043 -meter-high Geißriegel is a mountain in front Bavarian Forest southwest of the Lower Bavarian county seat rain and northeast of the county town of Deggendorf. It is located in the municipality in the district of Deggendorf Count blank.

He, together with the three Tannenriegel, the Steinberg ( 999 m), the high Oberdorfer mountain ( 806.7 m) and Ulrich mountain ( 636 m ) separates the eastern foothills of the Bavarian Forest, which forms the Graflinger Valley and the communities Earl Ling and Bishop corn from each other.
