Genting Group

Genting Group is a Malaysian company based in Kuala Lumpur.

The company was founded in 1965 by Lim Goh Tong. He built in the Genting Highlands in Malaysia, the Genting World resort with hotels and an amusement park. His son Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay followed him into the company's management. The company is the parent company of various subsidiaries that are active in the fields of tourism, gaming, energy and plantation economy.
