Georg Harding
George Harding ( born August 30, 1981 in Jews Castle, Austria ) is an Austrian footballer who plays in the fourth division SK Treibach.
Career
George Harding began his career with TSV Neumarkt, where he worked until 1995. After Harding joined the youth academy of FC Kärnten. In August Starek the defensive midfielder completed at an early age his first appearances in the second division of Austria. During this time, Harding went through numerous youth national teams. After a stopover at SK Treibach Harding moved in summer 2003 to DSV Leoben. There he was able to establish from the outset as a defensive midfielder. In the period from summer 2003 to spring 2007 Harding graduated 115 games for the DSV Leoben in the second-class First League, scoring 4 goals. Through his consistently good performances Harding was able to draw attention to himself and was signed in May 2007 from SK Rapid Wien. There he is to occupy a similar role in the future as they had Didi Kühbauer formerly of Rapid. Since the two are very similar in character also, the decision was made on the basis of age on Harding.
In 2008, he was with Rapid celebrate the championship, he came into this season to ten missions, including his Bundesliga debut on 26 September 2007 the 11th game against SV Mattersburg when Harding came in to replace Markus Heikkinen. Rapid won 1-0.
At the beginning of the 2009/2010 season he moved free transfer to FC Wacker Innsbruck. With the FC Wacker Innsbruck Harding was in the 2009/10 season with two points ahead of FC Admira Wacker Mödling master of second-class Austrian First Division and thus increased with the team on to the Bundesliga.
George Harding is said to have misconduct Leonardo Santiago racially abused on 24 July 2011 at the Bundesliga match between FC Wacker Innsbruck and Red Bull Salzburg. The racist statements were related, according to the captain of Red Bull Salzburg Eddie Gustafsson on the dark skin of the Brazilian striker. Harding, however, vehemently denies these allegations. Eddie Gustafsson drew the allegations shortly afterwards returned and apologized to Harding.
In summer 2012, he joined the First League relegation LASK Linz and was then in the season 2012/13 Master of the Regional center. After a year with 21 league onset he returned to SK Treibach
