Georg Kronawitter

Georg Kronawitter (* April 21, 1928 in Upper Thann ) is a German politician ( SPD). He was from 1972 to 1978 and from 1984 to 1993 Lord Mayor of Munich.

Education and work

After attending the elementary school and the Agricultural Vocational School in 1944 he began his training at the Teachers' Training College, which was interrupted by conscription for labor service in World War II. In 1946, he was after, he worked as a laborer to continue his teacher training in Munich. In 1952, he made ​​up for the High School. Policy
