Georg Wildhagen
Georg Wild Hagen ( * 1920 in Hamburg ) was a German film and television director.
Life
The Merry Wives of Windsor was after The Marriage of Figaro (1949 ), the second film adaptation of the opera, which turned George Wild Hagen for DEFA. After disputes over the film's finale, which had to be changed shortly before the premiere, Wild Hagen turned not another film for DEFA.
