Géraldine Nakache

Géraldine Nakache ( born February 16, 1980 in Puteaux, France) is a French actress, film director and screenwriter.

Life

Géraldine Nakache comes from a Jewish family. Her older brother is the filmmaker Olivier Nakache. She graduated in film studies with the Diplôme d' études universitaires générales. She then worked as an assistant director and production assistant at the French TV station Canal . Your screen debut as an actress she was in was published in 2006 and directed by Lisa Azuelos romantic comedy Comme t'y es belle! on the side of Michèle Laroque and Aure Atika. Together with Hervé Mimran wrote, directed and performed in 2010 with the comedy Tout ce qui brille her directorial debut. Both were awarded at the ceremony of the French César Film Awards in 2011 with a nomination for the best first work.

From 2009 to 2011 she was married to the French comedian and actor Manu Payet.
