Gerda Hofstatter
Gerda Hofstätter ( born February 9, 1971 in Friesach) is an Austrian snooker player.
As one of the first Austrian Pool player she ventured at a young age to move abroad to advance their professional career. At first they lived for several years in Sweden before finally emigrated to America and since then there is one of the best players in the world.
She was elected twice to the European Player of the Year.
