Gert Brauer

Gert Brauer ( born September 7, 1955 in Ronneburg ) was soccer player in the GDR Oberliga, the highest soccer class in the GDR. He is a four-time A-National player and multiple junior national team.

Sports career

Brewer came in 1968 with 13 years in the children's team of Sports Association (SPA) bismuth Gera. As a junior player he was in 1971 delegated to FC Carl Zeiss Jena, the football center in the region. After good performances in the junior league, he became in 1973 a member of the East German junior national team, for whom he played his first junior international match on 27 June 1973.
