GETEC Arena ( until 30 June 2011 Bördelandhalle ) is a multi-purpose hall in Magdeburg and the largest event hall in Saxony- Anhalt.

It is located in the east of the Elbe, the suburb Brückfeld, near the new stadium, the MDCC- Arena.

The Bördelandhalle originated between 1994 and 1997 according to the designs of architect Helmut Blöcher, Raimund Krawinkel and Moritz Kroth. The building is 109 m long and has a maximum internal height of 22 m. Built of reinforced concrete construction hall is covered with an aluminum / glass facade. The appearance of the hall is determined by a strong emphasis on construction and acts objectively and compact.

It is the home ground of the handball team of SC Magdeburg. As of 2009, the DFB Cup Hall of the women will be played in the Bördelandhalle.
