Gethin Anthony

Gethin Anthony (born 9 November 1983) is a British actor.

Life

Gethin Anthony received a scholarship to the British American Drama Academy in London, where he attended from July to August 2004, acting classes along with well-known actors like Alan Rickman, Fiona Shaw, and Brian Cox.

At Balliol College, Oxford, Anthony studied English literature and was also President of the Oxford University Drama Society, before he trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Acting-wise, he entered so far on in a few episodes of television series such as Doctors and Holby City as well as several television films. 2011 and 2012 he was repeatedly seen in the HBO series Game of Thrones, which is based on the books of the writer George RR Martin in the role of Renly Baratheon.
