The Ghorband is a river in eastern Afghanistan.

Geography

Coming from the province of Bamiyan, the Ghorband flows through the Parwan province eastward to terminate at the provincial border, near the town of Charikar, in the Panjshir River. The Ghorband formed perhaps 500 m wide and several hundred meters into the surrounding mountains of the Hindu Kush cut Parwan Valley, where the road runs A77.
