Gil da Cruz Trindade

Gil da Cruz Trindade (born 1 March 1982) is a marathon runner from East Timor.

As one of two athletes of his country, he attended thanks to a wildcard at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. This was the first time that East Timor as an independent nation sent athletes to the Olympics. Da Cruz Trindade, however, did not reach the goal in the marathon competition.

His marathon best is given by the International Association of Athletics Federations with 2:49:00.
