Gillian Alexy
Gillian Alexy ( born March 13, 1986 in Perth, Western Australia ) is an Australian actress.
Life and career
Gillian Alexy visited until their closure in 2000, the John Curtin College of the Arts, where she studied dance and theater. She then attended, among others, the Actors Centre in London, Le Centre de les Arts Vivants and Peter Goss Dance Studio in Paris and spent six months at a theater studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder in the USA. Alexy performed for the first time on television at the age of ten years in Barron Entertainment 's Ship to Shore.
Ever since she was in All Saints, Bed, Parallax, Fast Track and The Gift to be seen. Gillian played the lead role in the 2005 released film West and played in the same year in the movie Highly Toxic. Alexy came next in many theater productions, as in Popcorn (1999), Return to the Forbidden Planet (2000 ) Mice (2001), Resident Alien (2002), Six Characters Looking for an Author ( 2003), The Chatroom (2004) Ghost Train ( 2004) and codes of Practice ( 2005). After her role as Tayler Geddes in the drama series McLeod's Daughters, she began to appear in U.S. television series. She made guest appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Unforgettable and Blue Bloods - Crime Scene New York. In 2012 she was in all ten episodes of the fifth and final season of Damages - the power to be seen as Gitta Novak.
