Giovanni Sallustio Peruzzi

Giovanni Sallustio Peruzzi (* 1511/12 in Siena, † 1572) was an Italian architect and painter. He was the son of Baldassare Peruzzi.

In his career, he worked for several years for the Vatican; inter alia, he was commissioned IV with the fitting-out of premises on the occasion of the Conclave 1555 and the apartment Pauls. Planned for the latter and built Peruzzi the wall around the Roman Ghetto. More Raustaurierungs and attachment measures at the Castel Sant'Angelo were made under his direction; in this context, a draft was to a portal.

Coinciding with Pirro Ligorio Sallustio Peruzzi was the construction of the Casino di Pio IV, part of St. Peter and various measures in the fortress.

1567 Peruzzi overtook a call to the court of Maximilian II; about its construction, however, there is hardly anything known.
