Criticism

" Director Giuseppe Piccioni is a great stylist, but with a penchant for mannerisms - its the Fabulous trending introspection is therefore sometimes difficult to meaningless therefore. "

" Giuseppe Piccioni creates subtle scenes that aptly describe the creeping disintegration of relationships. But even his images of familiarity are expressive, such as when Giulia and Guido observe under water other swimmers. Outstanding is the power of Valeria Golino as Giulia, the tragedy of their lives in each - even joyous -. Seems to carry with it the moment "

" Giuseppe Piccioni has a sensitivity that hold only a few directors of his generation, and lets characters, atmosphere and scenes blend together harmoniously. The level of reality is crossed suggestive of the doubts, the thoughts and the agitation of the protagonists. Valeria Golino and Valerio Mastandrea embody intensity with the couple that can communicate with each other merely about looks and silence. "
