Giuseppe Povia

Giuseppe Povia ( born November 19, 1972 in Milan ), artist name Povia, is an Italian singer-songwriter.

At 14, he taught himself to play the guitar, later he began composing. In 1999 he arrived in Sanremo finals. Mia sorella was the title with which he won the Premio Recanati 2003. On 2 July 2005, he was one of the artists participating in the Live 8 concert in Rome. In 2006 he won the Sanremo Music Festival with the song Vorrei avere il Becco.
