Glenn Corbett

Glenn Corbett ( born August 17, 1933, El Monte, California to Glenn Rothenburg, † January 16, 1993 in San Antonio, Texas ) was an American actor.

Making his first appearance as a film actor he had in the movie The Crimson Kimono by 1959. On television, he first appeared as Wes Macauley in only short-term series Restless Years (It 's a Man 's World, 1962-1963 ) in appearance. He played the 1973 Sandy investigators in the Tatort episode dead pigeon in the Beethoven Street. With John Wayne, he turned the two films Chisum and Big Jake. He also starred in numerous television shows as a guest performer with, so among other things, in the series The Men from Shiloh Ranch, Star Trek, Bonanza, as well as in 18 episodes of the series Dallas.

Corbett was the son of a car mechanic. After his time in the Navy, he met his future wife, Judy Daniels know. She was employed at a college and encouraged him to perform in local shows. So he came in contact with Columbia Pictures.

Corbett has a son and a daughter. He died at the age of 59 from lung cancer.
