The Globus Group is a German retail chain hypermarkets, DIY stores and electronics stores at home and abroad.

History

In 1828 Franz Bruch ( 1801-1865 ) was opened in St. Wendel, Saarland a grocery store under his name. In 1865, Joseph Adam stepped fracture ( 1837-1905 ) joined the management of the company. Joseph Karl fracture (1873-1949), the grandson of the founder, took over the company in 1905 by his father. Since then the company has developed from a retailer towards wholesale. Criticism

Five employees who were protesting in the sectoral collective agreement during working hours against a pullout of Hela, was terminated.
