Glyndwr Williams

Glyndwr Williams ( born March 11, 1932) is a British historian.

Williams acquired in 1959 from London University, the academic degree of Ph.D. He was there until his retirement in 1997 Professor of History. He is the author of numerous works on the history of seafaring.

Glyndwr Williams received the awards Caird Medal of the National Maritime Museum and Hon D. Litt. La Trobe University.
